As we have great experience in the field of production of optional equipment, our enterprise offers services on designing, development and production:

The production of optional equipment is performed in accordance with customer’s design or is developed by the design-engineering department of the enterprise.

Technical capacities of mechanical-repair department

1. Mechanical processing of component parts having width not more than 4,5 m and diameter not more than 1000 mm on turning lathes.

2. Planer processing of component parts having width not more than 800 mm and length not more than 3,0 m.

3. Cutting gear teeth of cylindrical and conical shape with module not more than 8 and not less than 1.

4. Flat grinding of component parts having width not more than 300 mm and length not more than 2,2 m.

5. Circular grinding of rods having diameter not more than 300 mm and length not more than 2,2 m.

6. Cutting of sheet material having width not more than 12 mm.

7. Tempering on high-frequency current (HFC) of little component parts having diameter not more than 80 mm and length not more than 1,2 m.

8. Cutting of key beds having width from 5 to 16 mm and spline diameter from 4 to 8 mm.

9. Grinding of support directors at angle 50° and 55° on lathes of type 1K62.

10. Manual and semi-automatic arc welding in the environment of protecting gases.

 Mechanical processing of high precision of medium component parts (having length not more than 1 m and diameter not more than 500 mm).

1. Production of cutting soldered-on instrument with brazed carbides.
