Quality management system

All the activities of the enterprise in the field of quality is aimed at satisfaction of the most demanding client’s needs, this is ensured by the present quality management system (QMS) introduced at the enterprise in accordance with requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2000. 

The enterprise’s quality management system is certified:

-as corresponding to the requirements of Ukraine’s national standard ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000) in UkrSEPRO – certificate №UA2.003.1061 (certification field – production of units and components for automobile petrol and diesel inner combustion engines, units and components for tractor and combine diesel engines);

-as corresponding to requirements to international standard ISO 9001:2000 in Bureau Veritas Certification (BVC) – certificate №213663 (certification field – development, testing and production of units and components for petrol and diesel automobile engines, tractor, combine locomotive and ship diesel engines, compressors and motor cultivators). QMS defines and arranges basic processes which take place in the enterprise and exert influence on clients’ satisfaction with the product, and establishes indices of regular assessment of fruitfulness of processes and personnel.

In the nearest two or three years “AVTRAMAT” joint-stock company plans to introduce the new international standard ISO/TS 16949:2002 “Quality system for suppliers in the field of automobile industry”.
