Product certification

The quality control in “Avtramat” joint-stock company has multistage structure which covers the whole production string from spectral and structural analysis of an alloy to measurement and weighting of finished pistons.

The quality control is accompanied by compulsory interoperational measurements which enable the enterprise to ensure precision of intervening and final dimensions. 

The product control is carried out by the certified laboratory in the factory (certificate №06544-2-4-92-ВА 27.07.2006).

All the enterprise’s production is certified by Ukrainian and Russian certification authorities:

-by the State Center Of Certification, Metrology and Standardization (SCCeMS) in Kharkov in accordance with UkrSEPRO certification system as obeying the industry standard and technical requirements (Ukrainian Certificate of conformance for pistons for petrol automobile engines, pistons for diesel automobile engines, pistons for tractor, combine engines, compressor and motor cultivators, railroad and ship field pistons, piston-cylinder-sets).

-by “Nizhegorodsertifika” certification center in Nizhniy Novgorod in accordance with State Standard of Russia certification system (Certificate of conformance of Russia for pistons for petrol automobile engines, pistons for diesel automobile engines, pistons for tractor and combine engines, compressors and motor cultivators, piston-cylinder-sets).

-by Russian ship register (certificate of recognition of ship pistons producer).

In 2007 “Avtramat” passed the iterated evaluation of production and certification of production for railroad transport in the certification agency in Kharkov and was given production certificate and other respective documents.

In 2006 “Avtramat” passed the procedure of recognition by the Russian navigation register as producer, this is confirmed by the certificate of recognition of producer.
